How is my monthly order count calculated?+
We count the number of WooCommerce orders eligible for a review request each month. On
Basic and Advanced, any orders above your included volume are billed at $5 per additional 100. Growth is
unlimited — no overage fees ever.
Does Yuko offer a free trial?+
There's no trial clock — the Free plan is genuinely free forever for stores up to 50
orders/month. Upgrade to a paid plan the day you outgrow it, and only then.
Is pricing monthly or annual?+
Monthly only. No annual contracts, no lock-ins. Cancel or downgrade any time from the
dashboard.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?+
Yes. Upgrades are instant and pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing
cycle. Your data and settings never change when you switch.
Can I import reviews from other platforms?+
Yes — we migrate reviews (with photos, replies and dates) from Judge.me, Yotpo,
Stamped, Trustoo, and the native WooCommerce reviews table. For any other platform, our CSV Reviews
Import handles the rest. Migration is free on every plan.
Does Yuko Reviews work with all WooCommerce versions?+
Yuko requires WordPress 6.0+, WooCommerce 7.5+ (tested up to 10.7) and PHP 7.4+. It's
tested with popular themes — Storefront, Astra, Flatsome, Divi — and page builders including Elementor
and Kadence. HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage) is fully supported. For full compatibility and
security we recommend the latest WooCommerce.
Does Yuko support Google rich snippets?+
Yes — Yuko automatically outputs structured data, so star ratings and review counts
appear directly in Google search results and Google Shopping. This typically lifts click-through rate
meaningfully on transactional queries.
Does this slow down my store?+
The widget script is under 18KB, lazy-loaded below the fold and CDN-cached. Typical
PageSpeed impact is under 3 points on mobile and 0-1 on desktop.
